Ok, Right... David is back again! So this will be very informal. Lets start off by saying I can't believe we go tomorrow it doesn't even feel like I should be going on holiday, Then again I still can't believe I left school over a week ago, oh how the time fly's...
Before starting this post I have been constantly asked or should I say pestered by my dad: "How's the Packing going" or "Finished Packing" or "Have you packed everything you need"... and my response repeatedly has been "DAD! Just Chill out, I've got everything sorted."
Although.... Not too sure about my hand luggage. I have an "iPad and a book" to keep me occupied on a 10 1/2 flight.... Please tell me that's enough? Well we will soon find out. Other than that I have nothing else to say apart from....
BRING ON THE WEST COAST!!!! "Whooooooo"

Less than 24 hours to go....

David, this is a message re-sent as I don't think my earlier one was saved. Years ago I toured the states by greyhound bus. I kept a journal in an A4 oxford pad. I saved it somewhere and as it looked like my college notes was probably Junked with the notes a housemove or so ago. Anyway my advice is to record all the mundane stuff...what you ate, who you met and so on...ask lots of questions of people and you may get to learn what makes America tick. Record your opinions, and in years to come you will marvel at how you will have changed...have a super time and be kind to the old man who will only be about 3 feet away most of the time :-)
